Summary: GROWN UP BOX OF TOYS is a box EVERY parent should open! If you want to make the most of your kids, yourself and your life, this book is for you. From Self-Esteem, Tantrums, Eating Right and Bullying, to Conflicts, Dreams, Manners and Money the book is based on a highly unique concept. By using toys as a metaphor for both our children’s and our own lives, a wealth of information can be learned. “An inspiring way of delivering empowering, positive messages to parents about their children, their own lives and themselves.” A powerful read!

Grown Up Box of Toys

This book is written as like a self help book for you as a parent. Each chapter is named after a toy (dolls/teddies, stickers, skipping ropes, books etc.) Each chapter has a section for your child and for you. For your child doesn’t mean for your child to read. It means about them. So the book is help for your child and for you.

Topics include self-esteem, self-talk, routines, reading/education, dreams/goals, healthy eating, manners, beauty, money, tantrums/bullying, visualization, acceptance/tolerance and procrastination.

The chapters are short and include quotes at the end.

It’s a nice easy read if you are new to self-help and want a light read.
