Summary: If you ever think negatively about yourself, you are not alone. Many people think far too little of themselves than they should. If you are one of those people, then Discover your Hidden Self was written for you. This book will help build your self-esteem, give you confidence and as one reader said, “it helped rid her of a sense of inferiority.” Your uniqueness, significance and your importance, are all unveiled in here. You will discover just how special you are. If you need a pick up and want your spirit lifted, then this is the book for you.

Discover Your Hidden Self

This is a little hidden gem of a book. It’s so small and unassuming that you could easily pass by it in a book store but you shouldn’t. That would be a mistake.

If you are Christian and you are in need of some motivation, reassurance, faith or love, this is the right book to read. I felt warm and loved by God every time I read it.

John Murray wanted to write a book in his twenties but it didn’t take off. In his fifties he tried again but a colleague gave him negative feedback and he decided not to pursue writing further. Twelve years later he read about a man who wrote five books between ages 75-90. This inspired him and he published his first book at 70 and this is now his fourth book.

I am so glad he stopped listening to negative comments and decided to write. I haven’t read his other books but they are probably just as good as this one. It’s simple but necessary.

I want to leave you with this quote, then go buy the book:

“You are unique. Your uniqueness is invaluable. No one on earth can take your place. You have a purpose for being here. You alone occupy the position you hold and no one else can fill your shoes. You are more than just a face in the crowd. You are more than just a social insurance number. You are important in your own right. You cannot be replaced by another. Value your individuality…”
