Aim True merges lots of great feel good topics into one good book. Instead of reading a book about meditation and a book about yoga and a book about eating healthy, you can read it all in one book. Those 3 topics aren’t the only ones either.

The book covers these topics:

  • Love Your Body (Self Love, Exercise, Yoga)
  • Eat Without Fear (Fuel for your Body, Meals, Recipes)
  • Nourish Your Spirit (Muscles, Meditation, Relaxation)
  • Discover True Balance (Homeopathic Care + Beauty, Obstacles)

The book is super colourful and bright and full of full-colour photos and will make you happy just by opening it.

The book has over 100 yoga poses shown in photographs and 85 healthy eating recipes that will make you drool. I really liked the bath rituals – how relaxing. I also finally got the answer to what the heck is oil pulling which I’ve been wondering for a while.

If you are looking for a feel good how-to but don’t want to buy a bunch of separate books, you might want to check out Aim True.
