In My Mailbox Monday – March 8

Spread the love

This is the day when I highlight all the new books that have come into my house since the last time I participated.

In My Mailbox is hosted at The Story Siren while Mailbox Monday is hosted at The Printed Page. Since they are basically the same meme, I do them together. Check the links to find posts from others.

So what have I received for review?

The Bubble by Brian D. McClure (Universal Flag Publishing)
A picture book about a boy who is so interested in his posessions he doesn’t make friends. He grows into a young man, and eventually an old man until he finally finds out what really matters.

Flawless: Inside the Largest Diamond Heist in History by Scott Andrew Selby and Greg Campbell (Union Square Press – imprint of Sterling)
True crime about the heist from The Antwerp Diamond Center in Belgium.

The Book About Tony Chestnut by Laurie Monopoli w Audio CD (The Learning Station)
Picture book that takes the classic song and makes it into a story with read-a-long, sing-a-long CD

That’s it for this week!

About Kathleen

I've been a nonfiction lover for as long as I can remember. I love children's nonfiction as well and love to share my knowledge and the books I gained them from, with the world. I wish more people would give nonfiction a chance.
