This book was read for the Celebrate the Author Challenge.

This particular edition of this story has illustrations by Tracey Campbell Pearson with the original text of The Moon by Robert Louis Stevenson.
This is a good bedtime story, a soft, slow story about the moon. Some quotes:

“The moon has a face like the clock in the hall; She shines on thieves on the garden wall.” (pic of raccoons stealing fruits) – pg 1-2

“…The bat that lies in bed at noon, all love to be out by the light of the moon.” – pg 14-15

It’s a quaint little book, but nothing to spectacular.
