This gorgeous undated journal of weekly lists will help nurture self-expression and self-development. Each seasonal section includes list prompts, with plenty of space to write your own lists, and challenges to help you take action and make your dreams a reality. With perfectly timed prompts that meet you where you are throughout the different seasons, this journal will open up new avenues of self-knowledge and help you celebrate, enjoy, and take ownership of your life, as each week of the year becomes more thoughtful and vibrant.

The 52 Lists Project

This book and the series it’s from is a way to get your journaling regularly without you sitting there hemming and hawing over what to write about. There are 52 lists for 52 weeks. It’s designed to start in Winter, then Spring, Summer and finally Autumn. However you can really start whenever you want or even flip back and forth if you want to.

Each journal prompt is followed by lines to write your answers directly on. There are illustrations and colourful backgrounds and a ribbon to use as a bookmark.

Prompts include such things as:

  • List the things that make you feel powerful
  • List your dream trips
  • List the things you should ignore
  • List the things that make you excited
  • List your top twenty mood-boosting songs

This journal will be a great keepsake once you are finished with it and should help you express yourself well and have fun doing it.
