Summary: Have you been missing out on getting what you want most in life because you lack confidence or are shy? Do you want to have the confidence to do anything you want and not care about what others think of you? Then keep reading….

When I was a shy overweight kid who lacked confidence: I was always the last person to be picked for the soccer team. I was afraid of looking like an idiot for asking a question out loud in front of everyone in class. I thought I could never become the person I dreamt of becoming: the confident, jacked, and badass person who doesn’t care about what other people think. I stood in a corner at the party afraid to talk to the girl that I liked.

If you can relate to what I’m talking about and you would like to transform yourself then this book is a must-read for you….

These are just some of the problems I faced as a teen. I made it my mission to figure out what was making me anxious and what was holding me back from doing all the things I wanted to do. I‘ve now come a long way since and I want to help you.

Bonus templates for parents and teens to help with goal setting, planning, and mindset transformation are essential to achieving your goals. The Essential Social Skills Handbook for Teens

This is a handy little guide to social skills for teens. If your teen struggles with social skills or you are a teen struggling with them, this is a good book to help you out. The book covers the following:

  • Who are you?
  • Self-esteem, confidence and being your best self
  • communication
  • navigating social media
  • managing social anxiety
  • we have a situation
  • manage your stress before it manages you

Most of those are self explanatory but I wanted to expand on a few.

The Who Are You chapter is about how a teenager’s personality can change from when they were younger. Not knowing who you are is normal. What you do and experience as a teen will help shape your adult life.

The We Have a Situation chapter is about certain possible situations and tips for navigating them from feeling uncomfortable in a situation to your first job to going off to college to knowing when and how to ask for help.

The book is a great guide for the teen and isn’t specific to teenage girls so it works for any gender.
