I had heard about Intermittent Fasting before but didn’t think it made sense. Then my doctor recommended it so I researched and heard about this book. It’s the gold standard book about the subject so I just had to read it.

I must preface this review by stating that I fell of the bandwagon of intermittent fasting and haven’t gotten back on. I lost 5 pounds which I gained back quickly. So I can’t say this book will make you lose weight or anything. You have to see for yourself.

However the book was very informative and explained things very well. I loved the layout and it made me understand how it all works. I read it months ago and just am getting to the review now. So I can’t say too much specifically
