This book was read for the Celebrate the Author challenge back in January but I had misplaced my review until just now.
This is a cute story of a King’s only daughter who is blessed with the ability to grow flowers wherever she goes. The King first thinks that it is a poor blessing, especially when she makes flowers grow on paths, so she is made to play on the flowerbeds only, while other kids play only on paths. She is sad and not getting enough exercise to her parents decide to let her have the run of a green hill where she makes flowers grow all over. It is named Magic Hill.
It’s a very sweet story that has an underlying message of not judging others gifts to you and to be thankful for them.
