This book was read for the A to Z challenge 2008. (U Author)
I only picked this up because I need a book by a U author that wouldn’t take me long to read. It’s children’s fiction for ages 7-10 and would make a good Halloween read.
It’s a small chapter book of 4 short stories, written in verse.
“The night was cold and frosty
But it didn’t seem to care.
It stomped across the courtyard
With a most determined air.” – pg 5
The stories were more funny than scary and so could be read to a child ages 6 as well.
