Here is what came in the mail this past week.

10 Things I Can Do to Help My World by Melanie Walsh

This is a book I’ll be reviewing at The Well Read Child.
It’s also a Cybils nominee for Non-fiction picture book.

Watchers by M. Lyon Martin

Another book to be reviewed at The Well Read Child.
It’s a “magical child” book (Pagan picture book)

We by Alice Schertle

Another book to be reviewed at The Well Read Child
Very cool picture book about how life evolved from apes but only a few pages is from apes to humans. The rest is evolving more like building boats and cities and tools and things like that.

The Book of Nonsense by David Slater

I originally passes up this book for review but after seeing so many good reviews, I commented on someone’s review that I wish I had said yes. The author contacted me and sent me his last copy for review.

The Adventures of Songha: The Amazing Savannah Cat by Linda R. Caterine

Review book. Short child’s chapter book.

About Kathleen

I've been a nonfiction lover for as long as I can remember. I love children's nonfiction as well and love to share my knowledge and the books I gained them from, with the world. I wish more people would give nonfiction a chance.
